Chapter 696

After telling her dad his story:
Quinn: -Rubs Sam's hand as she sits next to him while comforting him-
Russell: -Looks at his daughter and then looks at his son-in-law- I feel so bad now. I mean, I have caused you hell haven't I?
Sam: To be honest, yes. It hasn't been easy. Sure, raising our daughter is but I just feel like over our entire marriage, there has been a lot of stuff in between us. -Rubs Quinn's hand and plays with her wedding ring- History, problems, love, stress, worry. Yet to be honest, I feel like it does make our relationship stronger when we get past it. But sometimes, I always wonder if it is too much for her to handle and something that will forever change her mind about our marriage.
Quinn: -Looks up at him-

Sam: Mr. Fabray, I have been there for her through a lot of medical problems already. And uhm....
Quinn: -Grabs hisneck and sighs- Tell him.
Sam: Are you sure? It is kinda smething you would normally keep between us. Not even your mom or my mom knows.
Quinn: Just tell him.
Sam: -Sighs- She has suffered a miscarriage recently.
Russell: Oh my, that must've been hard.
Sam: It was but now we are moving past it. Before anything, I want her to be okay when I go to work. I have a part time job to get money for Beth's education but sometimes, there are days when she needs me. And I take those days off. And this marriage is not something I am going to hide. All of our friends know and when we go back to school in August, the administration will know because, if anything happens to her, I will take care of her first before my school work. Our daughter comes first always.
Russell: -Nods-
Sam: -Smiles at Quinn and then goes to kiss her softly- You okay?
Quinn: -Nods- Uhm, maybe we can just introduce him to Beth now okay? I mean, my dad knows the rules now and he is calm when we talk to him. I want to see what happens when Beth comes outside. Before we resume our relationship, I want to see him near Beth.
Sam: Okay. I will be right back, you talk to him and just yell if you need me.
Quinn: -Nods-
Sam: -Gets up smiling before going to get Beth-
